★★★★★“I visited this Michelin-recognized (Bib Gourmand) restaurant during my stay in Alicante and overall had a very enjoyable evening. The ambiance was vibrant, elegant, and lively without feeling overwhelming. It created a great setting for a tasting menu experience. The main server (owner) was a friendly, knowledgeable person, especially helpful with the wine pairing. I really appreciated the thoughtful explanations behind the wine selections. However, there were a few small execution gaps; particularly the timing between courses. There was a noticeable delay between the first and second main dishes. Additionally, I requested bread and olive oil (which I had seen served at other tables), but it unfortunately never arrived. I opted for the tasting menu (two starters, two mains, and dessert for 37€ excluding the drinks) with wine pairing. The quality of ingredients and presentation were overall very good, and the wine pairing was well chosen and enjoyable. The only slight disappointment was the dessert (a tiramisu) which felt somewhat simple in presentation compared to the rest of the menu. A strong dining experience with great atmosphere and solid execution. With slightly better timing between courses and more attention to small details, it would have been exceptional.”
